1. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit (where applicable) has been successfully received.
  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring all booking information is accurate.

2. Payments

  • Full payment or the required deposit must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices displayed on our website are in GBP (ยฃ) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided before the arrival date.
  • Booking fees or deposits may be non-refundable where stated.
  • No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.

5. Guest Responsibilities

During your stay, guests are expected to:

  • Respect fellow campers and neighbouring properties.
  • Keep noise to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours.
  • Dispose of rubbish in designated bins.
  • Leave pitches and facilities in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Supervise children at all times.
  • Respect wildlife, farmland, and surrounding countryside.

Any damage caused to campsite property may result in repair or replacement charges.

6. Campsite Rules

For the comfort and safety of all guests:

  • Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Open fires are only permitted in designated fire pits where authorised.
  • Fireworks, illegal substances, and dangerous behaviour are strictly prohibited.
  • Speed limits within the campsite must be observed at all times.
  • Please follow instructions provided by campsite staff.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the campsite without refund.

7. Pets

Where pets are permitted:

  • Dogs must remain under control and on a lead at all times.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
  • Aggressive or disruptive animals may not be allowed to remain on site.

8. Vehicles

  • Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas.
  • Guests are responsible for the security of their vehicles and belongings.
  • We accept no responsibility for theft, damage, or loss.

9. Health & Safety

Guests use the campsite and its facilities at their own risk.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment, guests are responsible for:

  • Supervising children
  • Taking care around uneven ground and natural features
  • Using camping equipment safely
  • Following all posted safety instructions

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of campsite facilities or failure to follow safety guidance.
  • Our liability shall not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where required by law.
